General FAQ
1. Is the plant I am purchasing exactly the plant in the photo on your website?
The plants in the photographs are shown as a sample. The one that you will receive will definitely be of the same type of plant, but it may not look exactly the same, for example, it may not be flowering at the time you purchased it, or have the same amount of branches or leaves. Plants are living things and will constantly evolve, and once it is placed at your environment it will adapt and change again.
2. Where are you located? Can I view and choose the plants in person?
We do not have a physical retail location and our plants are stored in a rented private property. Therefore, we regret that visits are not possible.
3. Do your pots have drainage holes?
All pots listed have drainage holes unless otherwise stated. If you require a saucer to place below the pot, we have transparent ones for sale, the option is available for each listing as an add-on.
4. Do you accept cancellations, refunds or exchanges?
Please refer to our Terms and Condition of Sale, which each customer has to agree to, before checking out the cart.
