Terms and Conditions of Sale
When you click to check out via our shopping cart, you implicitly agree and understand that sales are final after payment has been made. No requests for cancellation, exchange or refund whatsoever will be entertained, except under the following circumstances:
※ Due to unforeseen circumstances arising from our end, we are unable to deliver the ordered item(s) to you.
※ Product is damaged upon delivery. In such cases, customer making such claims are required to raise the issue within 1 hour of completion of delivery, by sending us clear photos of the damage. These photos will be compared to delivery company’s photo taken during completion of delivery. The decision whether to allow for refund or exchange will be made after assessment of the extent of the damage, and whether it is probable that it resulted from the negligence of the third-party logistics provider. We regret that our decision is final.
※ An item other than what you ordered was delivered to you, by mistake. In this case we will arrange to re-deliver the correct item to you without additional charges.
Non-guarantee of plant survival
Plants are sensitive to environmental changes, to varying degrees. Plants are living things after all.
Just like no pet shop can guarantee that their animals will do well under the new owner’s care, we regret that we are unable to provide any form of guarantee that the plant you have purchased will do well in the environment you are putting it in.
That being said, for each plant listed for sale, we have included the lighting conditions required. If you have purchased it because you feel that the required conditions matches the place you have in mind to place the plant, and you intend to follow our guide on watering your plants, we are confident that the plant you have purchased will do just fine.
