Shipping and Self-collection
Self-collection from Pick Locker
This option is available for selected items that are small enough to fit in the locker. The option will show (if available) during checkout. We will try to send the item(s) to a Pick Locker closest to your address but this is subject to availability. All Self-Collected orders can only be collected once you have received a notification from Pick Locker.
Delivery Dates and Timing
We offer delivery on 2 days per week. During checkout, up to FOUR available upcoming delivery dates will be shown for you to make your choice.
Delivery Rates
Delivery rate is at least $35. Free delivery is available for purchases of $250 in value.
Delivery Zones
Delivery service is limited for commercial and residential addresses only. Delivery is not available to restricted areas and special locations including but not limited to:
※ Army camps
※ Air bases or airport zones
※ Sentosa
※ Jurong Island
※ Ports and shipyards
※ Offshore islands
※ P.O. Boxes
Unsuccessful Deliveries
Kindly be present to receive the items on the delivery date and time slot you have chosen. If there are unforeseen circumstances that result in no one being able to open the premises for delivery access, the courier will leave the ordered items at the doorstep wherever possible. In such cases, we regret that we shall not be held responsible for any lost items.
If it is not possible to leave the items at the doorstep (for example, the item would block others’ access), or the address you have provided is wrong, or for some reason the person at the address rejects the delivery, the courier will send it back to us. A additional re-delivery fee, to be determined on a case-to-case basis, would have to be paid before the order will be re-delivered to you.
International Shipping
Sorry, international shipping is not available due to complex regulations relating to export and import permits required for plants and soil items.
